Stylish small hotel with reasonable value, we had a really great stay. We had deluxe king room with cool balcony. Amazing and favourable location to cozy restaurants, met the purpose.

This was a fine stay for a business trip. Enjoyed the room, it was well-appointed with 2 big windows, cool balcony plus a decent bed. There was a wide array of food for breakfast, including cereal, pastries, and cheese. The hotel's location was fantastic, just off the shopping center. Spent a nice evening at La Pizza Nostra, located only a short distance to the venue.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Santiago. Newly renovated hotel, updated rooms, the staff was helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfactory, especially cereal, pastries, and cheese, the best I've ever had. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a mini bar, satellite television, and climate control. The location was favourable, for example, Costanera Center was relatively near the venue. On top of that, pubs and bars were close to the property.

I had a pleasant stay at this stylish and stunningly beautiful hotel. Close to a metro station, the location was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and wonderful, on a major avenue. I had quick lunch at Lomit's, located close to the property.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible.

The location is great and amazing, as the hotel is based to cozy restaurants. Furthermore, it's just next door to exposed outlets, Santiago for the semester and the center of providencia.

It is a nice property located in Providencia district really close to a major avenue and Pedro de Valdivia Metro. The rooms are huge and clean with central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. The hotel serves cereal, pastries, and cheese for breakfast.

We took a deluxe queen room and it had central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. The bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom - large. Location: the hotel was just next door to the cable car, Chile in the summer, and restaurants. We had goodies and coffee at The Coffee Club, it was located really close to the venue.

Updated, modern rooms with 2 big windows, all comfort and a decent bed, fantastic setting. Location just next door to main shopping centre and other attractions and restaurants, the shopping center and the subway station and the bus station. Also, on a major avenue. Smooth check in and late check out. The pool was heated.

Thoroughly enjoyed well-appointed and great-sized rooms.

got plentiful and good breakfasts with juices and food often running out, for instance. the room i booked was kept clean and available with all comfort and a decent bed, as for instance. the location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from costanera center.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, ensuring our safety with precautionary measures. The location was mind-blowing, close to the metro and dining/shopping centers. The room size was jaw-dropping with two queen beds and a spacious bathroom. The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently. The hotel's amenities, including the restaurant with delicious food, were fantastic. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Awful awful awful hotel. Shabby rundown old room with a terrible bathroom. The shower keeps alternating between cold and hot withing seconds. Unfriendly staff, way overpriced, in the usa this would be a 2 star hotel. What a ripoff!

A comfortable hotel in a convenient area of Santiago. It was easy to get around town from this hotel which was comfortable and modern.

The hotel is located in a nice area of town, close to subway stations and on a tree-lined street across from a stately Victorian-era museum. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing good information on transportation and local places to eat.
